Issy is a graduate building surveyor, who joined Thomson Gray in 2022.

Issy gained experience working as research assistant in the Institute of Sustainable Construction at Edinburgh Napier University, where she had previously graduated with an honours degree in building surveying.
She is developing a further understanding of the construction industry while working towards her chartership status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
