Zaira Iudice
An associate with over 11 years’ experience in project and programme management, Zaira joined Thomson Gray in 2023.

Zaira holds an honours degree in architectural technology from Edinburgh Napier University and a master of science degree in urban and regional planning from Heriot-Watt University. She is a NEC4 certified project manager, chartered project professional (ChPP) and a member of the association for project management (MAPM).
Prior to joining Thomson Gray, she led the delivery of the £700m masterplan for a large railway station, where her understanding of infrastructure delivery, contractual experience and strong stakeholder management capability were essential to the development of viable options and identifying the ‘best value for money’ solutions.
Zaira brings her experience in the built environment and infrastructure across the full project lifecycle. She has an in-depth understanding of all matters relating to the successful delivery of public sector projects and has extensive experience in supporting clients in successful development and approval of business cases for high-profile projects and programmes.
