Thomson Gray have an exciting opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor or project manager to work and lead our Inverness office due to new project wins in the area. You will lead and deliver in all aspects of your profession from project inception to completion working closely with the directors to successfully manage and deliver several existing projects ranging in value from £2m to £50m+.
Through excellent communication, you will maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients, while upholding and increasing the company profile in the area. As the business expands you will be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff through their professional career development. You will manage and plan resource, innovate and foster a collaborative, and positive working environment while being supported by senior management and resource from our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
