Dominic Morrocco
Dominic is a highly experienced project manager with more than 20 years of delivering complex projects across the heritage, cultural and visitor attraction sectors.
Since joining Thomson Gray in 2022, he has brought a wealth of expertise gained through leadership roles with leading national and international contractors and designers.
As a graduate of Edinburgh Napier University, with an honours degree in Industrial Design, Dominic combines technical understanding with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, project governance and risk management. His portfolio includes the transformation of historically significant buildings into nationally recognised visitor destinations, as well as the delivery of immersive customer experiences for global brands in international markets.
Known for his collaborative and proactive approach, Dominic excels at bringing together multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong client relationships and creating clear lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle. He is particularly skilled in managing complex stakeholder environments, navigating project risk and ensuring business continuity while maintaining focus on quality, programme and commercial objectives.
