Mark Sloan
A chartered quantity surveyor, Mark joined Thomson Gray as a trainee in 2019 and has gained experience in a variety of different construction projects.
Mark completed an apprenticeship course in construction and the built environment at Edinburgh Napier University, graduating with an honours degree in quantity surveying.
His experience includes core infrastructure works with a value in excess of +£10m, public sector minor works, conservation and refurbishments in the private and public sectors.
Under pre-contract works, his duties include tasks such as preparing tender documents, tender reports and cost estimates. Under post-contract he is responsible for jobs such as valuations and cost reports.
Mark achieved chartered status in 2025, through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
