Mark Sloan
Mark is a graduate quantity surveyor who joined Thomson Gray in 2019 as a trainee. During his training, he has gained experience in a variety of different construction projects.
Mark has completed an apprenticeship course in construction and the built environment at Edinburgh Napier University and in 2023 graduated with an honours degree in quantity surveying.
His experience includes core infrastructure works with a value in excess of +£10m, public sector minor works, conservation and refurbishments in the private and public sectors.
Under pre-contract works, his duties include tasks such as preparing tender documents, tender reports and cost estimates. Under post-contract he is responsible for jobs such as valuations and cost reports.
Mark has recently started studying towards his RICS chartership.
