Nathan Gemmill
Nathan is an assistant project manager who joined Thomson Gray in 2026.
Nathan is currently pursuing his RICS Chartership, building on a strong academic foundation in construction and project management.
He holds an MSc in International Construction Project Management, awarded with a funded scholarship from BE‑ST for dissertation research on sustainability and net‑zero delivery, published in 2026. He also graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, developing technical and managerial skills across procurement, contract administration, and construction technology.
Nathan applies structured project management methodologies, analytical capability, and clear communication to support effective project delivery. He is currently contributing to healthcare sector projects while continuing his professional development within the built‑environment industry.
