Thomson Gray Proud to Support the 2025 Borders Book Festival
Thomson Gray was delighted to be a sponsor of this year’s Borders Book festival, held in Melrose. Taking place from 12th to 15th June, the event transformed Harmony Gardens into a vibrant hub of storytelling and conversation.
The festival brought together audiences of all ages - from budding young readers and aspiring linguists to seasoned book lovers - for a weekend that celebrated the power of words and ideas. Attendees were treated to talks and readings from a range of renowned authors, broadcasters and performers, including Stacey Dooley, Michael Palin, Alison Steadman, Ian Rankin, Jeremy Hunt, and Larry Lamb, to name just a few.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Harmony Gardens, with the Orchard food and drinks village providing local treats and refreshments, the event struck a perfect balance between engaging literary discussions and relaxed, family-friendly entertainment.
At Thomson Gray, we are proud to support events that contribute to the cultural and social fabric of our communities. As construction consultants, we recognise the importance of creating and supporting spaces - both physical and social - where creativity and connection can thrive.
We would like to extend our congratulations to everyone involved in organising such a successful weekend in Melrose.
