Thomson Gray launches new Infrastructure Investment Advisory service with appointment of Carolyn Kendall
Thomson Gray has launched a new Infrastructure Investment Advisory service, strengthening our support for clients delivering and managing major infrastructure projects across the UK.
Carolyn Kendall has joined to establish and lead the new service, providing strategic, commercial and technical advice to public and private sector organisations investing in and delivering infrastructure.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Carolyn brings more than 38 years' experience across construction and infrastructure, including over 25 years specialising in public-private infrastructure. She has held senior roles across Scotland, leading and advising on infrastructure programmes worth more than £2 billion across education, healthcare, transport and community sectors in the UK and Ireland.
At Thomson Gray, Carolyn will lead a new advisory offering, supporting public bodies, investors, funders, project companies and delivery partners across both new infrastructure projects and operational assets. The service complements our established expertise in project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, construction quality management and sustainability.
