Joseph is a graduate quantity surveyor. He joined Thomson Gray in 2022 after graduating from Edinburgh Napier University.

Previously, Joseph studied at the Zimbabwe School of Mines, University of Edinburgh and West Lothian College. Prior to this he worked for City of Edinburgh Council for 17 years and Rio Tinto Mining Group in Zimbabwe for 10 years.
Joseph has experience in cost management in process control and resources allocations in both the private and the public sector. He is currently working towards his chartership status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
