John Cartwright
John is a technical director with Thomson Gray. He was responsible for setting up our Glasgow office in 2016, where he manages building surveying.
John is a chartered building surveyor, a qualified NEC3 and NEC4 supervisor and has over 30 years’ experience in building surveying and construction management. This includes a diverse range of survey works and professional services including dispute and expert witness as well as dilapidations – acting for numerous landlords and tenants.
John’s experience in managing project works is also diverse and varied including internal and external repair and refurbishment works, conservation, backlog maintenance and fit-out schemes.
He has acquired and managed numerous term framework building surveying appointments and has been the principal contact / lead for clients across both public and private sectors including healthcare, local authority, commercial, leisure, industrial and retail.
