Ken Fraser
Ken is a consultant with Thomson Gray and has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He joined us in 2018, as the regional director for Glasgow, having previously worked with the firm as a consultant.
Ken graduated as a quantity surveyor in 1983 and since then has developed his skills advising both public and private clients on a variety of projects.
He was elected a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1986 and a member of the Association of Project Management in 1995.
Ken has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction industry and works cross-discipline helping all sectors of the business, but particularly in setting up multidisciplinary teams through our lead advisory service.
He has recently concluded a temporary secondment to the Scottish Government, where he headed the Construction Procurement Policy Unit, sitting on the Museum Delivery Committee for V&A Dundee. Ken continues to sit on the National Galleries of Scotland Major Capital Programme Committee.
