Laiba Khan
Laiba joined Thomson Gray as an assistant project manager in 2023.
Laiba studied at Heriot-Watt University, where she graduated with an honours degree in economics and finance. She completed her masters degree in commercial management and quantity surveying in 2022.
Prior to this, she worked as a business development manager on a variety of shopfitting and development projects (predominantly focusing on conversion projects, listed buildings and residential developments alongside retail renovations) where she covered a range of project management and quantity surveying responsibilities.
Laiba is working on her first research publication, analysing the role quantity surveyors currently play in achieving sustainable construction targets.
Laiba is currently working towards her chartership status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
