Maia is a graduate building surveyor, having joined Thomson Gray as a trainee in 2022.

Maia has an honours degree in building surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University. She worked at Thomson Gray while completing her studies, gaining relevant skills and experience outside the classroom.
She has been involved providing contract administration and condition surveys across several sectors including schools and hospitals.
Maia is currently working towards her chartership status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme.
