Client-focused approach

Members of our team are trained to the highest industry standards and we strive to tailor our services to clients’ expectations and in line with their decision-making processes. We work confidently with all types of clients, whether they are major developers, public sector bodies, property agents or, indeed, individuals seeking to refurbish a domestic residence.

Pre-acquisition technical due-diligence

Our building survey team regularly supports clients in the acquisition of new property, including both purchase and leasehold. We routinely undertake condition surveys and provide technical due diligence to inform clients on acquisitions, change of use, compliance, landlord’s consent, licences to alter, and maintenance and repair obligations under lease agreements.
