Melanie Fecker
An NEC accredited project manager, who joined Thomson Gray in 2022.
Melanie studied at Heriot-Watt University, where she gained a first class honours degree in construction project management.
During her studies, Melanie developed an interest in digitalising the construction industry and in 2023 completed a masters degree in digital engineering management at University College London.
She is committed to the evaluation of new technologies and processes to support clients and businesses. She focuses primarily on healthcare projects and has been involved in various frameworks, delivering both refurbishment and new build projects from initiation to handover.
Her strength is communication, solution-oriented thinking, business development and eagerness to expand her knowledge in the interest of both client and industry.
Melanie is currently working towards her RICS chartership in project management.
