Melanie graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a First Class Honours degree in Construction Project Management and later completed a Master’s degree in Digital Engineering Management at University College London in 2023, driven by her interest in the digital transformation of the construction industry.
She is an APM Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and holds the globally recognised Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and high standards of delivery.
Melanie specialises in healthcare projects, delivering refurbishment, new-build, and strategically significant programmes across multiple frameworks. She leads projects from early definition through to handover, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and measurable results particularly within complex live environments.
With a strong focus on process improvement and digital innovation, she delivers high-quality outcomes through structured, efficient working practices, maintaining control of programme, cost, and risk while fostering collaborative stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
