Elgin Town Hall Redevelopment

Thomson Gray have been appointed by Moray Council to provide quantity surveying services for the upgrade, refurbishment and extension of the category B listed Elgin Town Hall.

The redevelopment will deliver a landmark venue for the performing arts and creative industries as part of the Moray Growth Deal ‘Cultural Quarter’ Project, which is funded by the Scottish Government, UK Government, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Moray Council.

The Growth Deal provides an opportunity to respond to increasing audience numbers, demand for improved spaces and facilities for the community, while supporting the future sustainability of the Town Hall and deliver a fit for purpose 21st Century regional cultural centre for Moray.

We are looking forward to working with the appointed design team including LDN Architects, Narro, Harley Haddow, Ironside Farrar, Charcoalblue, Sandy Brown and OFR Consultants.
