Jennifer Dunn
Jennifer joined Thomson Gray as an associate quantity surveyor in April 2026, bringing a wide range of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, employer’s agent and project monitoring roles.
Having worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, Jennifer has been heavily involved in a wide variety of projects and sectors.
She has worked on both high specification, individual houses for private clients and large-scale social housing projects for public sector clients and housing associations, in the residential sector. She has also worked in the education sector, on extensions and refurbishments, along with renovation and redecoration of historical buildings, high specification office fit out projects and a new build sports stadium.
Jennifer builds a strong relationship with clients through use of good communication skills, providing a high quality service.
Acting as an RICS Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence, Jennifer enjoys helping graduates and trainees work towards their chartership.
