Work continues apace on the Jim Clark Museum expansion project. The foundations are almost complete and erection of the new steel frame is ongoing. These will form extensions to the existing building, providing significantly larger and better quality exhibition spaces.

Within the existing building, downtakings are almost complete, with one large slapping which will join the two buildings to happen once the roof of the extension is in place.

The museum expansion project will create a fitting setting for the for the exhibition of the two time Formula 1 world champion and will showcase many of his trophies, memorabilia and cars.

Further information on the new museum and the ongoing works can be found on the Jim Clark Trust website.
