The works included a partial demolition of the existing church ancillary accommodation and new build single storey extension comprising substructure, steel frame, roof  structure, floor, wall and ceiling finishes and full services to firm new welfare and activity hall facilities.  Various other part of the existing church were refurbished with new heating to the main sanctuary.  The works were all carried out in sections to allow the church to fully function whilst the works were carried out.  External landscape works were also improved to compliment the major refurbishment works.
