The project comprises an office and a hotel in two buildings sitting next to each other with the hotel taking the more prominent corner site.  Thomson Gray were appointed by Hazledene (Strawberrybank) Ltd as Cost Advisors and Tax Specialist maximising the Capital Allowances for both the office and hotel developer.  Beneath both buildings lies a three storey underground car park.
