Lewis Thompson
Lewis is a Director in our building surveying team and provides a full range of professional services from our Edinburgh Office, as well as fulfilling a management role within the team.
Lewis is a chartered building surveyor with over 12 years’ experience in building surveying and construction management across Scotland and England.
He graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with an honours degree in building surveying and completed his RICS chartership before joining Thomson Gray in 2019.
Lewis’ experience is diverse and includes construction monitoring, NEC supervisor services, due diligence surveys, dilapidations (both landlords and tenants), the production of condition surveys and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
He also has experience of varied roles and has undertaken project manager, contract administrator and lead consultant duties on many projects, spanning all major sectors from rural and commercial to healthcare and education.
