Angela Dalgleish
Angela is an associate with over 20 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor. She has a wealth of experience in managing both private and public clients’ projects across a wide range of sectors.
Angela has an honours degree in quantity surveying and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Prior to joining Thomson Gray in 2012, she worked within private practice gaining experience on a £365m new build banking headquarters campus and successfully managed costs on large and complex aviation projects working in both Edinburgh and London.
Her expertise includes frameworks on new build, refurbishment and multi-phased projects. She has worked on health facilities, judicial, education and leisure projects – and has unique experience of building on a tight city centre UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Angela has utilised all of the major contract suites and procurement routes and has been involved in the construction dispute resolution sector – providing and assisting with expert witness reports where specialist advice is required; she is a trained RICS Mediator.
