Ross Lovatt
Ross is a senior director and a member of our strategic board. He has overall responsibility for driving business growth and the delivery of our multidiscipline services.
Ross has over 20 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor and, within the practice, he has delivered construction projects worth in excess of £1bn.
He studied at Heriot-Watt University, where he gained an honours degree in building economics and quantity surveying. After completing his RICS chartership within private practice, he joined Thomson Gray in 2009.
Ross leads our public sector area, which includes our internal teams for healthcare, higher education and our work with local authorities. His strength is communication and, in his role, he is client-focused to ensure that projects are properly resourced to the highest standard.
He supports numerous public sector clients within several of our framework initiatives – where he has successfully managed the concurrent delivery of multiple projects within budget.
