Thomson Gray are pleased to have been involved as Cost Managers and Principal Designers on the new £9.7m Broomlands Primary School which was officially opened on Tuesday 9 January 2018.
The new Broomlands Primary school containing 12 classrooms, an early years centre, games/dining hall and new playground replaces the neighbouring 1980’s school.
The new Broomlands Primary School is one of a number of new education projects that the Scottish Borders Council are currently undertaking to improve facilities throughout the Borders.
Thomson Gray have similarly been involved on the recently completed Leader Valley School in Earlston, Langlee Primary school in Galashiels and are currently involved in works for Scottish Borders Council to create a new support centre for pupils with complex needs at Galashiels Academy and a new nursery at St Boswells Primary School.
