18/07/23

Thomson Gray have been appointed on several new multi-disciplinary frameworks.

We have been selected to provide project management, principal design, quantity surveying and health and safety services for the new LHC 4-year consultancy services framework (CS1) across the UK. LHC Procurement Group and Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) are not-for-profit organisations created to assist local authorities, councils, social landlords and other public sector bodies through procurement framework design, while actively contributing to community benefit initiatives.

We have been appointed to provide project management, building surveying and CDM advice across Scotland through the Excel Scotland Building Construction Consultancy framework. The object of the framework is to successfully appoint a range of suppliers to provide participating members, councils and other bodies with a mechanism to procure services relating to buildings and their surrounding grounds.

We have been appointed by The Scottish Police Authority on their Provision of Estates Professional Services framework to provide building surveying and quantity surveying services. A first-generation agreement will provide the required estates professional services support with their strategy and maintenance of properties. Police Scotland is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of approximately 530 properties and facilities throughout Scotland including the highlands and islands.
