Grandhome is a new community in the Danestone area of Aberdeen which is being delivered by Grandhome Developments (Aberdeen) Ltd.  The development which is to be entirely neighbourhood based is anticipated to accommodate up to 7,000 units in the long term and started on site in Spring 2016.  Thomson Gray have been appointed as Cost Manager for the first phase infrastructure works to supply approximately 650 new build houses.  The scope of construction works are as follows:-

• Core roads up to base course; foul and surface drainage; water main works
• Haul road for house builders
• Off-site foul sewer including pumping station and storage facilities
• New community hub and main square
• General landscaping including Suburban Urban Drainage System (SUDS)
• Water, gas and electrical infrastructure
