The project comprised the construction of a sustainable, split level four bedroom family home using the existing landscape and contours to influence the design with floor to ceiling glazing allowing views across the Manor Valley and the River Tweed.

The house promotes the idea of sustainable design by incorporating a biomass boiler and is orientated to allow energy savings through solar gains.
