Managing Director
Stuart set up the business in 2004 and has over 25 years experience of working in private practice. Stuart has a wealth of experience in the commercial sector including hotels, offices and residential developments. He has also been responsible for numerous major public sector projects for Universities, NHS Boards, Councils and other bodies.
Stuart regularly provides advice and opinions on construction disputes, professional negligence and Quantum to individual clients and to the legal profession and is regularly engaged by many of the leading legal practices in Scotland
