Thomson Gray awarded a place on ESPO Framework
We are delighted to have been awarded a position on ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) framework 2664_26 Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice & Management Services across Northern England and Scotland securing positions on both Lot 1 (North of England) and Lot 7 (Scotland).
The appointment represents an important milestone for the business and provides public bodies with direct access to Thomson Gray’s full range of professional services through a compliant and flexible procurement route. What’s more, it’s free-to-access and suppliers on the framework were assessed during the procurement process for their financial stability, track record, experience and technical & professional ability.
The ESPO Framework has no value limit and covers all core Thomson Gray services, including quantity surveying, project management, building surveying, principal designer and clerk of works / construction quality management.
Working alongside our framework partners, the team enables the delivery of architectural services through Aitken Turnbull, alongside civil & structural and mechanical & electrical engineering services via Cundall, offering clients a fully integrated, multidisciplinary solution.
The framework allows clients to appoint services via either direct call‑off or mini‑competition, providing flexibility to suit individual project needs. As with most frameworks, active engagement and promotion will be key to unlocking opportunities, and all marketing activity will be carried out in line with ESPO’s published guidance.
