The project located within the historic location of Edinburgh Princes Street involved the de-furbishment of a Category B Listed Townhouse  to convert the building into Grade A open plan offices across three floors.  A modern extension was created to the rear to enhance light within the floor plans whilst dormers were constructed within the roof to enhance views to Edinburgh Castle and the old town.
