Blair is a graduate building surveyor, who joined Thomson Gray in 2021 and recently graduated with honours in building surveying from Edinburgh Napier University.

Blair is continuing to develop his understanding in the fundamentals in building surveying through condition surveys, building construction, contract administration and building pathology.
He was awarded trainee of the year in 2022 for his continued effort in assisting the building surveying team to successfully deliver projects while completing his fourth year of studies at university.
