Olivia Adamson
Olivia is an assistant project manager, who joined Thomson Gray in 2022. She is currently supporting clients on several refurbishment and upgrade projects on live acute healthcare sites.
Olivia studied at Robert Gordon University, where she achieved an upper second class honours degree in construction management.
Through her studies she has gained relevant knowledge and she is further applying her skills in her day-to-day job. In her work in healthcare, Olivia liaises closely with clients, design consultants and contractors to ensure works are carried out effectively with minimal disruption.
Utilising previous experience in the hospitality industry, she is also involved in the pre-construction stages of a significant leisure development in the Scottish Highlands, managing the selection and appointment of specialist designers on behalf of our client.
Olivia is currently working towards her chartership status through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme to help her develop a more analytical view of project management and better her leadership skills.
