Paul Keehan
Paul is a senior project manager, who joined Thomson Gray in 2022. He has over 17 years’ experience across several sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia
Paul has represented contractors, designers and clients on projects up to a value to £250m. He has an honours degree in civil engineering and is an associate member of Engineers Ireland.
Infrastructure sector experience includes several projects involving mining, tram and rail, flooding and environmental, public utilities, earthworks, housing and highways.
Paul is hands-on in his approach to managing projects and proactive in developing collaborative working relationships ensuring effective communication between all parties. He has extensive experience in risk management and business continuity and is fully versed in procurement, tender reviews, contract management and key stakeholder management.
