Ryan Prentice
A senior quantity surveyor, Ryan joined Thomson Gray in 2013 as a trainee. He has a wealth of experience in managing costs on a variety of complex and challenging projects across various sectors, utilising both SBCC and NEC forms of contract.
Ryan graduated with an honours degree in quantity surveying from Heriot Watt University in 2014. He gained his RICS chartership in 2019.
Ryan has extensive experience and a proven track record of advising on, and administering, a wide range of different procurement methods for private and public clients.
He is currently project surveyor on several infrastructure projects and is responsible for assessing variations, carrying out valuations and cost reporting to the client team in order to successfully ensure financial control.
