Stephen Williamson

Stephen graduated in 2022, having joined Thomson Gray in 2019 while completing his honours degree in quantity surveying at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Stephen works across numerous sectors including refurbishment of existing health facilities, civil and infrastructure projects. He is involved in the day-to-day tasks of each project, providing cost advice to the client.

His main roles include preparing cost estimates, producing tender documents and completing post contract tasks such as preparing valuations and cost reports – as well as coordinating commercial meetings and agreeing final accounts.
